Shipping cost for orders delivered in the U.S.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address not caused by us, a shipping cost will be charged to you for re-shipping. Please ensure that your complete address, as recognized by the U.S. Postal Service, is provided to us so your order is promptly delivered.

No refund on orders mailed to addresses outside of the United States. International orders are personalized for each customer, and we are unable to resell these products and materials. Once your package is outside of the U.S., we are not responsible for lost International shipments, tariffs, customs’ restrictions or other regulations in countries outside of the U.S.

We cannot resend an order to you if you fail to open your purchase after 3 days of ordering.
