BAGs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage items. BAGs is not responsible for lost or damage items created by the shipper carrier. BAGs is not responsible for any additional accessorial charges related to any items that was shipped by BasketsAsGifts.

BAGs is not responsible for the delay of shipping due the carrier. BAGs do not change addresses once the order is complete and leaves BasketsAsGifts

If you request your items to be shipped and received by a specific time and BAGs show proof of shipping receipt, we are not responsible for any delays

BAGs is not responsible for the address being given incorrect by the Customer. BAGs takes full responsibility if the address was misspelled prior to shipping due to BAGs Error.

If the Customer order is going to an Alternate Address you must verify the address first before you include it with your order. We are not responsible for any address given incorrectly.
